We house heavy-duty crimping tooling capable of handling large-bore hoses up to 8 inches in diameter. Our primary shop press is the Uniflex HM465. Delivering 400 tons of crimping force, this machine handles large-diameter industrial suction lines, heavy oilfield supply lines, and high-pressure military transport hoses. The Uniflex split-die design ensures precise, radial compression. This eliminates the risk of oval crimps or uneven collar squeeze, which can cause premature hose failure. We operate under strict quality management protocols. Every single OEM and government run follows a documented Quality Assurance (QA) pipeline. We build to print, verifying every dimension, fitting angle, and hose specification against your engineering drawings. We use digital caliper measurement systems to check crimp diameters on every batch. All assemblies we build comply with SAE J517 standards. We do not guess at quality. We prove it. Our Salem shop is equipped with the Uniflex P160 proof test bench. This test enclosure allows us to subject completed assemblies to hydrostatic testing up to 18,850 PSI. We can perform 100% proof-testing on production runs. This ensures that every hose shipped meets the required safety factor and operating pressure. We generate custom test reports and pressure charts for each assembly. These logs are stored digitally and can be supplied as physical test certificates with your order. Our quality assurance protocols also incorporate raw material traceability. We track the heat numbers and mill test reports (MTR) for all steel couplings and flange fittings used in our production runs. This means we can trace every raw metal batch back to the domestic forge. This level of tracking is mandatory for military contracts, critical infrastructure builds, and high-liability industrial machinery. We provide full material certifications with every shipment to ensure compliance with strict procurement guidelines. We offer customized supply chain integration for local OEM manufacturers. We can build and stock pre-packaged hose kits for your assembly lines. Instead of your workers pulling individual hoses, fittings, and clamps from separate bins, we deliver a single, sealed kit containing every pre-fabricated, cleaned, and capped line required for a specific machine build. All bulk production assemblies go through our cleaning process. We use dry foam projectiles to sweep out internal debris, and we seal the fittings with heavy-duty heat-shrink caps before packing.
